一、出租人： (“甲方”)

二、承租人： (“乙方”)

三、租賃范圍及用途：
tenancy：
甲方同意將其所有的位于_________________________________________的房屋在良好及可租賃的狀態(tài)下租給乙方為居住使用。

四、租賃期：

五、租金：
